All Problems Are Thought Problems

I love The Work of Byron Katie, I recently read Loving What Is and I fell in love with her simple way of teaching and her love of The Work. It freed her of so much pain and heartache at a really hard time in her life. And it is currently freeing me of my own pain, that always comes from my thoughts. "Where there's no thought, there's no problem." As Katie likes to say. And for me that is mind-blowing...and freeing. But there is no escaping thinking, nor would I ever want to. But it brings to our attention the power of our thoughts in our lives. We forget to question our thoughts, we just believe them. So freeing to realize that they're all optional, and we can believe whatever we want!
