Yes, I'm taking new clients, I've had a few people reach out lately wanting to get ready for beach vacations.
Here's what to expect in my program...
The first few sessions set the foundation of where you are and where you want to go. Then weekly I teach different principles and topics that each have homework and accountability to follow through with.
My whole focus is teaching you to manage your thoughts around diet and exercise.
Lots of programs teach you what to eat and promise results, but only you can discover the perfect diet, or way of eating, that serves you FOREVER.
I will be teaching you skills to manage urges, plan ahead, and keep commitments to yourself etc etc. My program is 12 weeks of one-on-one sessions and I'm available for any questions in between sessions through a messaging app.
I believe in this program so much that I'll refund your money at the end if you've followed through with everything and are not seeing results.
