Feeling Discomfort

We want things to be easy because we don't like to feel uncomfortable. As humans we hate to feel discomfort. One way we can make losing weight easier is by not being afraid of feeling uncomfortable. Learning that discomfort is truly the path to our dreams is the best news ever! Getting good at feeling uncomfortable is one of the best skills we can learn in life. It will help us create anything we want or achieve any goal.

We want things to be effortless. But what things in your life do you do effortlessly? The things we do effortlessly are the things that we have practiced. When we first learned to drive a car, it was not effortless. It was hard, and complicated and possibly overwhelming when we began to learn. Over time we learned and practiced and spent lots of time driving and now, it is effortless. Anything can become effortless.
