about me

As a certified life coach, I use my unique gift of reflecting my client’s experiences back to them, enabling them to have deeper self-awareness and see new solutions.

I have a deep love of mindfulness, manifestation, habit formation and energetics. I have found that joining these philosophies creates a thriving life.  As a mindful habits coach, I help my clients reclaim their personal power and unlock their potential. I help them dream big, stand strong in their decisions, and create momentum in their lives. They decide what’s essential for their unique life and get rid of the noise and comparison. They become more physically rested, mentally refreshed, authentically liberated, emotionally grounded and learn to stop overthinking. Through deliberate habit creation, we design a consistent lifestyle so they can simply thrive now.

I have helped clients apply these skills to get their desired results in a wide range of areas such as:  weight loss, time and stress management, improving difficult relationships, goal setting, parenting and habit formation.

As a mother of four amazing children, I was drawn to life coaching as I studied to improve my own skills as a creator, a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, artist, and business owner, I love to create.

My formal education included studying art in New York and London before earning a degree in Art History from Brigham Young University.  My coaching career began when I became a Certified Life Coach through the Life Coach School and then went on to earn additional certifications as a faith-based coach and as a Tiny Habits Coach through BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits Academy.

I am passionate about leading my clients to freedom. They go from scarcity and fear, to abundance and faith, as they discover their personal power and simply thrive.

“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”
-Brené Brown

this is the power of connection within the coaching container. i believe we were meant to connect. when we truly feel seen, heard and valued in an environment without judgment or competition we flourish.
let's harness this as a collective, and generate the energy and power to change the world. as we individually reclaim our personal power, and collaborate with other like-minded humans, we elevate the world, we rise together. this is the power held within a coaching container, it's exponential growth, together, me, you, all of us. let's go.
