I have a deep love of mindfulness, manifestation, habit formation and energetics. I have found that joining these philosophies creates a thriving life. As a mindful habits coach, I help my clients reclaim their personal power and unlock their potential. I help them dream big, stand strong in their decisions, and create momentum in their lives. They decide what’s essential for their unique life and get rid of the noise and comparison. They become more physically rested, mentally refreshed, authentically liberated, emotionally grounded and learn to stop overthinking. Through deliberate habit creation, we design a consistent lifestyle so they can simply thrive now.
I have helped clients apply these skills to get their desired results in a wide range of areas such as: weight loss, time and stress management, improving difficult relationships, goal setting, parenting and habit formation.
As a mother of four amazing children, I was drawn to life coaching as I studied to improve my own skills as a creator, a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, artist, and business owner, I love to create.
My formal education included studying art in New York and London before earning a degree in Art History from Brigham Young University. My coaching career began when I became a Certified Life Coach through the Life Coach School and then went on to earn additional certifications as a faith-based coach and as a Tiny Habits Coach through BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits Academy.
